My name is Courtney DuCharme, my son Gideon and I have been raising rats together since '06. I used to
raise rats for many years before that- I had a rattery called Eeyore's Tails- I have to renew that now that we have
rats again.
We are working "toward" Dalmatian (Dal's) and Manx -which is harder than it sounds!!! LOL- I love my "Splashed"
kids alot and have found that they work the best into the Dal program for getting decent markings w/o getting litters
of "mis marked" caps!! Not to say we don't get that though!!
I do breed what some people consider "high white" - But I have had no problems with mega-colon (knock
on wood) in my lines- or the ones I added in!! I have not offered any rats out aside from pets (but to Nikki) the
last 2 yrs to make sure that problems would not crop up as some of my "starters" came from "unknown" origins.
I get such hodge-podge markings with some of them (and new colors to me as well) that if you see something
listed as a color or marking you think I have wrong- PLEASE let me know- I haven't made it to a meeting in over a year so
I have a few colors I question. Please note though- some of the pics do NOT show their TRUE color well.
